The Rules of University Conduct are intended to ensure balance between free expression through demonstrations and protests at Columbia and the maintenance of University functions. The Rules of University Conduct are administered by the Rules Administrator, who works closely with the Office of the Provost to ensure appropriate and effective administration of the Rules.
